Hello, I know it sound easy but I don't know why my brain got it stuck to work ..
I use this formula
Excel Formula:
=C1&"-"&D1&CHAR(10)&B1&CHAR(10)&E1&CHAR(10)&J1&CHAR(10)&K1&CHAR(10)&"Details are attached"
but I try to make it ignore the blank cells and take the one after it without activating 2 (CHAR(10)) which will leave 2 or 3 lines empty instead of only 1
much appreciate your help

Ok, thanks for that.
As you don't have Textjoin one way would be to use a load of if functions like
Excel Formula:
=C1&"-"&IF(D1<>"",D1&CHAR(10),"")&IF(B1<>"",B1&CHAR(10),"")&IF(E1<>"",E1&CHAR(10),"")&J1&CHAR(10)&K1&CHAR(10)&"Details are attached"
You just need to add the rest
