Hello guys, hoping you could help me,

I'm lost in the equation and i don't know how to do it.

I want to add the total number of orders in 4 categories IF only they hit the target per category.
so for example

category 1 is 58% target
category 2 is 58% target
category 3 has 55% target
category 4 has %%% target.

person one in category 1 has 2 orders but didnot hit the target
category 2 has 1 order in 100%
category 3 has no order
category 4 has 1 order 100%

so i want to come up in the next cell that he only have 2 valid orders.

can someone please help me with this ? Thanks a lot !
