Image Orientation

Not a real brain buster of a question but it is an annoying quirk that I have experienced lately. We use a spreadsheet to aid our manufacturing processes and we sometimes paste images in the spreadsheet to show part orientation. Sometimes after saving and closing out of the spreadsheet we find that when it is opened again the image has rotated 180°.

Its not like a game stopper or anything but it has caused some confusion for people that are not familiar with the process. We haven't been super analytical about it as far as when it occurs and the exact circumstances we just notice it every so often. Anybody else experience this or have suggestions on how to prevent it?

Excel Facts

VLOOKUP to Left?
Use =VLOOKUP(A2,CHOOSE({1,2},$Z$1:$Z$99,$Y$1:$Y$99),2,False) to lookup Y values to left of Z values.
