Hi guys,
I figure that this might be easy but I can not find out how. Been searching for an hour.

I want to create some code so that when a command button is clicked on an access form, it executes the "External Data Excel Import" function.

All I want to do is bring up the window for importing as I want to lock the menu's out of the hands of the users that will be using this DB.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance guys...

Why can't spreadsheets drive cars? They crash too often!
It figures that as soon as I ask the question then I figure it out.

Another site suggested clicking on the "show all actions" under macro tools design it shows the import command to use.

All working now.

Your help is always appreciated Bob.

Have a great day.
