Import from Access to Excel cuts off some text

I have tried to import some data from Access to Excel and the text in the larger fields are being cut off. How do I fix this?
 

Excel Facts

Copy a format multiple times
Select a formatted range. Double-click the Format Painter (left side of Home tab). You can paste formatting multiple times. Esc to stop
they are memo fields, some of which are greater than 255
Then take a look at that link I provided, which explains the problems and tell you how to work around it.
