Import from Excel sheets using ADO

I am looking for a way to import data from multiple excel files into Access. These excel files have multiple sheets, so I need to be able to call the specific sheet that I need as well as what data within the sheet to import.

I have a some experience with ADO, but have not used it in this way before.

Can anyone assist or provide some sample code?
