Import from Word and remove some hard returns

Is it possible to replace the hard return with a colon after the time stamp ONLY, and shift the sentence up next to the time stamp?

You can do this in Word before importing, with a wildcard Find/Replace, where:
Find = ([0-9]:[0-9]{2})^13
Replace = \1:
