Import Large Files into muliple sheets

I'm trying to import a text file that contains more than 65536 rows. I need to import it into multiple sheets... not sure how to do it... any suggestions?

Excel Facts

Shade all formula cells
To shade all formula cells: Home, Find & Select, Formulas to select all formulas. Then apply a light fill color.
