importing frm and frx file from extracted zip file downloads from github

Hi I’m using the code in the above link to import and export .bas, .frm, and .frx and it is working great. The only problem is when I import the frm and frx file from zip file downlowds on the web like github, they get imported as a .bas file when they should be imported at .frm files. And the error in the image is shown. Do you know why this is? any help much appreciated.

Excel Facts

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
