Importing/linking dates to Project - shorted 1 day

When I link my dates from Excel into Project - I am shorted a day. The beginning date is fine, but the ending date is 1 day to few. I think I heard something about the way the apps figure the start of a new day (8am vs Midnight). I have been playing around with the date defaults but cant get my day back.
 

Excel Facts

Remove leading & trailing spaces
Save as CSV to remove all leading and trailing spaces. It is faster than using TRIM().
