Importing specific range of multiple txt files in a folder on single excel sheet

I have multiple txt file (50 - 60) in a folder say D:\GENERAL
I want to import all files from GENERAL folder in single sheet of excel one after another
Range of every file to import is:
Column: 1 till 70 separated by "|" and
Row: From Line 6 till end
