Importing text file from website to Access 2003 Table

I have looked all over the web for a solution to this...

There is a website that contains a text file that is updated daily. The website address is, for example, http://google.com/assets.txt

I need to be able to import this data into a table in a database (Access 2003). Does anyone know of a way to do this automatically everyday?

Excel Facts

Using Function Arguments with nested formulas
If writing INDEX in Func. Arguments, type MATCH(. Use the mouse to click inside MATCH in the formula bar. Dialog switches to MATCH.
You know I never did find a way to do that. I ended up using a SQL bulk copy (BCP) from an FTP site. Not sure if a BCP could go to an HTTP site.

Unfortunately I did do that but it has been 5 years since I did. I had to use the Inet ActiveX control and then download the data as bytes. I can try to see if I can find the code in my email at home. I had my old workplace send me the source code I came up with (after quite a bit of negotiation and signing of documents) so I didn't have to recreate it again.

I have no clue what a Bulk Copy is but I would definitely be up for trying whatever solution you had. I actually came up with a round-about way to do this:

First, I set up a scheduled task in Windows that opens an excel file everyday. This excel file contains a "workbook_open" macro which simply saves the text file accessed through the URL to the same location and with the same file name everyday. I then have a linked table in my access database to this same text file. I know this is a crazy way to do perform this task but my excel vba skills are much better than my access skills :)
