In correct total for " Hours" and in fractions

Hello,
I am working on "time Sheet" trying to add numbers of hours in a totals.

When I total for the week I get recurring decimals see below and one total shows 75 minutes, I cannot get correct.

System : Windows 7, Excel 2007
Function used MOD(cell range,1)*24 and general format
Cell format tried HH:MM and number, general

please guide where am I going wrong see following table:
