Hi Everyone,

I have a spreadsheet with around 10 individual sheets and each of these sheets records the times of an individual. On these sheets there are 5 IN times and 5 OUT times. This allows people to clock in and out multiple times during the day if they wish.

To make things more manageable I would like a sheet which will tell me who's in and who's out. I have looked at the IF Blank function but I think I might be going down the wrong path as it needs to look at multple cells but only if the IN has been completed.

Or if the in/out times are actual times (numerical) you could also use this variation
=IF(MOD(COUNT(B2:K2),2),"IN","OUT")
