Incell chart with diferent markers.

Dear all,

I have been keeling my brain trying to figure how to mimic this kind of incell chart.
My first aproach was to use Sparklines, however I can't find a way to plot the values in a straight line and format the Avg and Now markers diferently so I went to the REPT option, but I quickly concluded that it is impossible to achive this kind of result.

Any kind soul who can help me with this puzzle?
