One way is to use the Before_Print event. Something like this:-
* Open the VB editor and click Ctrl+R to make sure the Project explorer is activated.
* Double click the ThisWorkbook icon of your workbook. You may have to expand the tree in the project explorer to see this.
* This code will increase the value of cell A1 in Sheet1 every time the Before_Print event is activated.
Code:
Private Sub Workbook_BeforePrint(Cancel As Boolean)
Sheets("Sheet1").Range("A1").Value = Sheets("Sheet1").Range("A1").Value + 1
End Sub
The only problem with this is that the event is also fired when the print preview is selected so this code will also increase A1's value by 1 every time the user clicks Print Preview.
