Top Window Bar in Excel is a color that changes little when window is active. I want more contrast between active and unactive window. Even if it was lt green and dk red. That way I could see for sure the window was active. How can I set this to happen?

How to change case of text in Excel?
Use =UPPER() for upper case, =LOWER() for lower case, and =PROPER() for proper case. PROPER won't capitalize second c in Mccartney

I think you need to go too the Control Panel. Then hit the display button. There you can change your color schemes and settings.

Thanks for the response John. I checked the Windows Control Panel with no luck. I also check the setting in Excel 2007 and nothing came close to allowing the change. I would think that Excel would allow this. Reminds me of the "Remove Duplicates" in Excel 2007. When it shows you how many it is deleting it has already done it's damage, no accept or reject.
