Index Match Duplicates - Fixed Reference Data

Greetings,

I have an export of data (that i have no control of) and my goal is to paste it into the first tab of my workbook and have tab 3 rework the data (automatically) to how my report needs to look.

Once copied over, I currently am using LARGE to pull certain filtered data from the source spreadsheet (column AD) into column Z of my spreadsheet. Then I am using INDEX MATCH to simply pull the corresponding data for the rest of my columns. The issue (which i'm discovering is a popular one) is that when two of my numbers pulled into column Z are the same the INDEX MATCH process pulls the incorrect data.

I do now want to adjust the source data (so the ROW trick won't work i believe).

Is there any other solutions out there?

Thanks in advance.
