Index/Match (?) needed

Hi guys,

I'm having trouble setting up a formula. I think I need an index match. A while back I posted a similar question but I am having issues changing the formula in this thread to get what I want:

I would like a formula in cell B23 that gives me the result of the values in cells B21 and B22. In this case, I need B23 to return an "L".

Can someone help?

=INDEX(A4:W16,MATCH(B20,A4:A16,0),MATCH(B19,A4:W4,0))

That worked, with a slight adjustment to your formula:
=INDEX(A4:W16,MATCH(B22,A4:A16,0),MATCH(B21,A4:W4,0))
