Index Match negative number (%)?

Hi,

Can the below formula (Ctrl Shift Enter) work with negative numbers (percentages)?
I need the formula to return the first negative percentage between -2% and -3%.

=INDEX(C2:C100,MATCH(1,(C2:C100>=0.02)*(C2:C100<=0.03),0))
Example
-0.10
-0.19
-2.1
-3.8
-2.2

Can this be done?
