index matching based on the 2nd and 3th instance of that value

Hello my friends. I was wondering if anyone here could help me with a problem I am having. I currently have a league table which takes the data from an export file which has all the data on an agent by usiing Index & Match to extract the details I want from the export. This then appears in the league table, as it is in one nice big table, and is just a case of finding their name and then going along however many columns I need.

Anyway, the system I get the export file from has changed its formatting, and the data is now split into 3 seperate tables one above another. So before it would be something like:

So in my main league table, I need to to be able to look up the value on not just the first occurance of that agents name, but in some feilds look up the data n columns over on the second occurance of that name, and with some on the third occurance of that name.

If anyone could give me some advise, I would greatly appreciate it.

I am also only using Excel 2003, as this company is too cheap to update it, so avoid any formulas that only work in the later versions.
