Hi everyone,
Im trying to return a cell value using index and match but I need a value to be return on either one of two values.
Ive seen lots of videos and tutorials that show how to concatenate more than one MATCH value but it is not what I need.
This is the formula:
=INDEX($A$6:$BN$6,MATCH(J29,A8:A24,0),(MATCH(25,A8:BN8,0)-2))
As is, the formula returns the right cell value when the match function finds the value: 25.
I need the formula to return the cell value if the MATCH function is either 25 OR 26.
Ive tried to concatenate, use &, use OR, but I just cant get it to work.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, happy to post my spreadsheet if you need to try out using the real data, it's not confidential, just my F1 race results spreadsheet
Cheers,
M.
