Is there a shortcut key for strikethrough?
Ctrl+S is used for Save. Ctrl+5 is used for Strikethrough. Why Ctrl+5? When you use hashmarks to count |||| is 4, strike through to mean 5.
Assuming that the clock on your PC is correct, if Excel is already open at that time, the code should fire at 10:30 AM, regardless of if your PC or Excel is slow.
How long the code takes to complete could be affected by the Excel/PC performance, though. That would be determined not just by the PC/Excel performance, but also by the complexity of the code.
