Input Box Date format

Hi,

This seems a pretty simple question but i cannot find an answer. I'm using an input box to enter a date. When i enter the date the format is dd/mm/yyyy, but on the worksheet it's flipped to mm/dd/yyyy. How can i stop this from happening?

Try like this:

    iptBox = InputBox("enter date:")
    Cells(1, 1).Value = CDate(iptBox)
