inputBox with options

this is what i am trying to do with my input box.... add options to it.
I already got the basic input box in VB working accepting my string as user input. I would like to add the check boxes or choices for morning or night AM / PM.

Alternatly, you could use a Default "AM" and ask the user to enter either
AM-Mikerickson or PM-Mikerickson.

That is an awfully risky move, expecting a lot of training from the user.

Is AM or PM supposed to reflect the actual time? Might it be calculated rather than entered?
