Insert a column if Array is unique

Hello Friends,

I am very new to VBA and looking forward for help.

I have a requirement where i need to compare a array1 with n number of arrays and find whether array1 unique. If it is unique, insert a column with all the values present in that array.

Where,
array1 = cell values of V1, W1, X1, Y1 and Z1. (The cells in the columns, V, W, X, Y and Z will be filled by dropdown option)

Like this, i have values (Arrays) till 539 rows. Each array should be compared with complete range and find whether it is unique.
