I am working on a project to create a skills matrix for my team. Instead of a number for a skill level I would like to have the drop down to show an image of a series of circles (empty, 1/4 circle, 1/2 circle, 3/4 circle, full circle. Is that possible and if so could someone walk me through how to do this?

Assuming your dropdown is a combobox from the Controls Menu (ComboBox1) then you could populate it with vba code .. Try something along these lines :

Code:
Sub PopulateDropDown()
    Dim aList() As Variant
    aList = Array(ChrW(9675), ChrW(9684), ChrW(9681), ChrW(9685), ChrW(9679))
    With ComboBox1
        .Clear
        .List = aList
        .Font.Bold = True
        .Font.Size = 32 * (100 / ActiveWindow.Zoom)
    End With
End Sub

Hi,

You can even try Conditional formatting's 5 quarters icons, check Conditional formatting.
