Insert hyperlink

Hello.
Whenever I save a budget I have a macro that create a new file with that budget and inserts certain budget data into a sheet with a listing. The file name is the Client Name + Date.
Now I wanted to make the budget number that is passed to the listing contain a hyperlink to open the file.
Can someone help me?
