Insert New Blank Row

My apologies, I am new but eager. I have been unable to find something similar to what I need. I just need to insert a row above the last blank line of my formatted table. I'm assuming it would be easiest to look for the last text entry in column A and insert a row below that. Thanks in advance for the help.
