Insert new row, update in another worksheet?

Imagine we have four rows of data in Worksheet A and we reference these four rows of data in Worksheet B.

If we want to add a row in the middle of this data in Worksheet A, is there a way to have this row of data added into Worksheet B? Right now I have to drag and copy everything.
