insert row when column value is different macro.

I want the macro to insert a row so it looks like this

If your column of interest is column A, then perhaps something like this?

Sub AddRowAtValueChange()
Dim ThsRw As Long
For ThsRw = Cells(Rows.Count, "A").End(xlUp).Row To 2 Step -1
  If Cells(ThsRw, 1) <> Cells(ThsRw - 1, 1) Then
    Rows(ThsRw).Insert
  End If
Next ThsRw
End Sub
