i think i am making this way more complicated then necessary ... but what i want code that will insert a text box in cell D2, and will allow the user to search the entire sheet for free-form text they input .... I also was trying to have the text "search" appear in light gray in the text box, but will disappear when the user types in their search text, i know i have done this before ... PLEASE HELP!!
