Hello

I would like to add a consecutive date to each spreadsheet (approx 250), each spreadsheet would be the weekdays only for 2011.

eg.

Spreadsheet 1 - Jan 1
Spreadsheet 2 - Jan 2
.
.
.
Spreadsheet 250 - Dec 30

Can anyone help me?

Thank you.:confused:

Excel Facts

Workdays for a market open Mon, Wed, Friday?
Yes! Use "0101011" for the weekend argument in NETWORKDAYS.INTL or WORKDAY.INTL. The 7 digits start on Monday. 1 means it is a weekend.
You can use this code to name your tabs. Make a list of your tab names starting in Cell A1 down to A250.

Sub Macro1()
Dim G As Long
Dim R
Dim Q

Range("a1").Select
Q = [A1]

R = 250

For G = 1 To R
Sheets.Add
ActiveSheet.Select
ActiveSheet.Name = Q
Sheets("Sheet1").Select
ActiveCell.Offset(1, 0).Select
Q = ActiveCell.Value
Next G

End Sub
