I have a sheet of data, the first column contains the different areas that the data is about. I have already sorted the data how I want it but now I would like to 1. enter a page break after the end of each different area and 2. print row 4 at the top of every page that prints.

Hope I have explained it well enough, thanks in advance for the help.

cheers

Spell Check in Excel
Press F7 to start spell check in Excel. Be careful, by default, Excel does not check Capitalized Werds (whoops)
After a couple of days break and some fresh eyes I used the following code.

Cells.Find(What:="cracking", After:=[A1], SearchDirection:=xlPrevious).Select
ActiveCell.Offset(1, 0).Select
ActiveWindow.SelectedSheets.HPageBreaks.Add Before:=ActiveCell

To look for cells in column A that contained "cracking" and then insert a page break after that cell. Obviously I had to ensure that the area coulumn was sorted.

Hope I can help someone else for a change.

cheers
