Hi everyone,

I would like to insert a formula in the 3rd column (shown below), based on certain conditions:

If the value in the 2nd column is equal or higher than 16, the number itself should be inserted in column 3;
If the value in the 2nd column is below 16, the cell should be empty.

ScenarioE.E.1
19
216
35
418
517
615

I've been trying with the IF-function, but can't manage to get anything better than:

=IF(B2>16; "=B2"; "")

However, this results in "=B2" literally being inserted in the cell (and not the value).

Anybody know how to create this?

Kind regards,

S

Is there a shortcut key for strikethrough?
Ctrl+S is used for Save. Ctrl+5 is used for Strikethrough. Why Ctrl+5? When you use hashmarks to count |||| is 4, strike through to mean 5.
Anything enclosed in double-quotes is treated as literal text.
Just use:
Excel Formula:
=IF(B2>=16;B2;"")
