Inventory Booking in and out spreadsheet

Hello

I'm after a spreadsheet template if possible to use with a small stock room to control Telecomunication componenets such as patch leads, RJ45 Connectors etc.
Ideally I would have the first sheet that shows items stocked and what stock is on hand, then another to show items into stock, another sheet to show items issued, but so when I issue the items out or receive items in, it updates the first sheet.

Any help would truly be appreciated, as I'm currently using a notepad
