iOS Cell Onclick Bold Option

Looking to make a basic spreadsheet for a series of yes no questions for an ios ipad/iphone spreadsheet. I can make one quite easily for Windows to use a macro to watch for cell click to make it bold/not bold.

Any ideas how to make something for ios as it can't run macros?

Thoughts?

Use a formula to enter the Bold character

I'm not aware you can do that. According to a lot of basic Googling, you can't apply Rich Text Formatting with a formula.
