Is it possible to filter excel sheets

Hi ! I have a lot of excel sheets with the same kind of data (Job1, Job2, ...) what I want to do is to filter them and see the result on the first sheet "Jobs" .

I didn't find a way to do it , is it even possible (filter excel sheets by name) ?

any help would be appreciated
