Is it possible use a Ctrl+Z several times to find informations that the file had many times ago?

In a thread in a forum, One asked me to send my attachment to understand the doubt.
However, I can't deliver the data, then, He said to delete and create an sample whose information was random.
Can someone who receives this attachment start undoing editions using VBA code as a unlimited Ctrl+Z to get initial data?
