Is possible develop a class builder for OOP projects using MS Access database?

Guys, I would like to know if is possible using MS Access database develop some tools like a Class Builder or class generator.
The developer would enter the Table Name and its fields, and based on that (table name and fields and data field type), it can generate the whole class (Properties and Methods, CRUD, etc.)

Do you think is possible something like that?

The point is NOT how to create a Class Module. The idea is create a Class Builder by using any table and its fields. Something like a Class Framework developed using MS Access resources.
