Hi, wish to know if there's formula that will enable me to check the outstanding amount.

For example..

Month,,Company,,Amount,,O'std
June----A-----$200------$200
June----B-----$300------$300
July----A-----($200)-----$0

Is there a formula where June O'std Amount for Company A will shown as $0 also?

Excel Facts

Return population for a City
If you have a list of cities in A2:A100, use Data, Geography. Then =A2.Population and copy down.
I can not understand your requirement but I think, you should have a look at SUMIF function.
