Is there a way to have two independent screens on a sheet.

I have to tables of information on each side of a sheet that I will be printing on an 11x17 sheet of page. My problem is that the table on the right side has cells that are about bigger than I need than the left side. Right now I am typing all information into the cells and then wraping the text. Is there a way that I can have both the right and left side work indendently so that I can space all the cells uniformly? The only other way I can think of is playing around with the merge option but this take alot of work and can look messy.

Thanks
