Is this an excel project, or access/other?

I need a solution to look at a wide variety of info, but I cant keep scrolling left to right on a row

lets say I have my typical spreadsheet, all the info on each person, stock, metric, etc on rows, cols as the various items (ie company name, age, etc)

-First the info has to be spread across a template, fonts, colors changed a little bit and on a portrait size so its very easy to scan and read (I have the template)
-It then has to show the info in a "fullscreen" type of mode, and you can press the right arrow key to see the next, ctrl to hotkey some of the text changed, maybe a few hotkeys

-Once done, those changes are saved and sent for a log file to compare with future and past versions

So basically, I can look at that info from the excel file on a set of sheets, quickly press the right and left arrow keys to scroll to different pages and a shortcut key to make some predefined changes

Is this something that a few hours of an ms access pro can do...or excel, what program exactly??

I need to go through a lot of data sometimes and Im forced to make a decision based on a sample when its possible to go through everything with human eyes in a couple hours
