Hi,

Is this possible??

- if cell L19 is NO then cell L21 must be "NO"

- if cell L19 is YES then user must manually enter either YES or NO in cell L21

Since entering the data manually (i.e. YES or NO in L21 if cell L19 is NO) then i am assuming this would overwrite any formula in cell L21

Thoughts??? Possible???
