Iserror - Why doesn't this work?

Does anyone see what part of this formula is incorrect. I am using Excel 2003 and I keep getting an error when trying to enter this.

=if(iserror(INDEX($J$1:$Z$1,MATCH(SMALL(J3:Z3,COUNTIF(J3:Z3,0)+1),J3:Z3,0)),-,(INDEX($J$1:$Z$1,MATCH(SMALL(J3:Z3,COUNTIF(J3:Z3,0)+1),J3:Z3,0))

Try it like this...

=IF(ISERROR(MATCH(SMALL(J3:Z3,COUNTIF(J3:Z3,0)+1),J3:Z3,0)),"-",INDEX($J$1:$Z$1,MATCH(SMALL(J3:Z3,COUNTIF(J3:Z3,0)+1),J3:Z3,0)))
