I had all the PDFs from the original (pre-2007) weekly emails, but foolishly left them on a work PC which got trashed.

I think that you are out of luck.

Normally, you would be able to access all of your past downloads from the chapter-a-week promotion, but I recently discontinued the program because of the bandwidth and server hit we were taking every Tuesday and Thursday.

I am fairly sure that Smozgur removed all the php routines to process subscriptions and past chapters.

The physical book is out of print.

Check and see if you can find a complete version at Wowio.com or maybe Google Books?
