Issue creating a drop down list Please hellllllp

Hey fellows,

I'm working on this project and I came across this issue to create a drop down list for 2 of my columns. I used an old document, edited everything but now I'm trying to create 2 more Drop down list and I'm not able.. Please help me its very urgent.

Please help me how to share the image with you guys or write your emails if possible.
