Italian functions in XL2002 EN are #NAME

In XL2002 version english I have one problem about the new version of Excel
I m passing from XL2000 ITA to XL2002 ENG

now all the italian function doesn't work
like data.mese or frazionamento.anno , on cell appear #NAME.
I tryed to attach thi component :
Analisys toolpack
Analisys function VBA
but does't work....
I 'd wont keep all Italian function inside the XL2002 without change internal library
better if i'd have one my_italian_funcion.xla or to import something inside my XLS...

Can u help me???
