Cell A1 contains 31-03-2024 in dd-mm-yyyy format.
K4 is formatted as general
In K4, I want output, which should display:

Income statement for year ending 31-03-2024

I typed the formula ="Income statement for year
ending "&A1

but it displays Income statement for year ending 45382

Kindly correct my formula.
