Keep conditional formatting on pivot table update

Hi

Hoping someone can help with this problem.

I have a master pivot table which i have then filtered on a specific field (manager). The source data for the master is based on numbers and i have conditionally formatted this to replace with specific text for each number and this is working fine. My problem is that as soon as i refresh the pivot table the filtered pivot tables for each manager loses the conditional formatting and reverts to numbers again. I've set each filtered table to preserve cell formatting on update
